For the exhibits for which you have the opportunity to exhibit and

sell your art in the individual tent spaces,  you will likely need at

least State Dept. of Revenue (ADOR) Transaction Privelidge Tax

 (TPT) license; (go to http://www.azdor.gov/Forms/transaction.asp

 for either the "special event" or "joint"  (state and local/municipal) application forms and instructions.

Also, for City of Peoria applications, for the "special event" forms,

 go to https://stars.peoriaaz.gov/inet/index.htm and choose the

"Special Event" license type. 

 

 

 

THE FIFTH ANNUAL WICKENBURG ART CLUB

FINE ART FESTIVAL

will be held on February 7 th -15, 2009  concurrent with "Wickenburg Gold Rush Days"

 which attracts thousands of visitors. This is a 9 day art show that is held at the WAC

club house in downtown Wickenburg.

Introduction to Akua Water Based Inks

An in-depth introduction to these safe, colorful, and non-toxic printmaking inks used for most types of printmaking. Information on the characteristics of the inks and their application along with attributes of each modifier as well as the ease of clean up...No more solvents! 

Each participant will learn the basics of the ink and create their own monoprint by the end of the workshop.

If you’re an artist who wants to get your artwork seen by more people and are interested in ongoing exhibit space of about 5’ wide and 8’ tall, or a display case,  and are willing to commit to $75 a month for a one-year contract; or $85 a month for a four-month contract; or $95 per month for a month-to-month, (with a 2% rental tax added), we need to hear from you by Monday, December 15.
