Your Source for Display Panel, and/or Tent Rental

The Arizona Art Alliance has high quality show panels for rent.  These panels are a medium gray carpet around both sides of a metal tube frame and measure 38.5 inches wide and a total height of 84 inches with the display area being 38.5 inches wide by 70.5 inches tall. They fasten together in any configuration of two or more, are light, strong and easy to handle. They come with or  with out lighting and have all the required bracing and hanging accessories so all a customer has to bring is the art.  September 1, 2007, these panels will rent for just $15.00 per panel per day. (AAA groups and their artists receive a 50% discount…$7.50 per panel per day)

If you want to display art, either putting on a small show of your own or taking part in a larger group show and you want first class equipment, please consider our panel rentals. Up to 106 double sided panels, lights and accessories are available. 

If the Customer transports panels from our warehouse themselves and does their own assembly/disassembly and return transport of panels, the rate of $15.00 per panel per day applies.

If the Arizona Art Alliance transports, assembles and disassembles panels for the customer, the same rate of $15.00 per panel per day applies. However, service charges will be added to that cost. Service charges are reasonable and will vary depending on amount of panels rented, labor requirements, truck rental and the location of the proposed art venue.

The Arizona Art Alliance also has 10 ft by 10 ft exhibit tents for rent.  They are white water proof canvas, have all 4 zip-in sides and are easy to assemble. They rent for $90.00 per day each. (AAA groups and their artists receive a 50% discount….$45.00 per day each)
